Cityfolk Festival is a proud supporter of the music and arts industry that enriches the community we live and work in. We showcase many local talents, as well as many top international music performers in a variety of music genres. We are a registered non-profit charity; event proceeds go toward festival expenses showcasing Arts in Music and our charitable program, “Artist in Residence”.
Rules of Play
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be physically located in the Province of Ontario, Canada at the time of purchase.
Raffle tickets sold online are in no way affiliated with Event admission tickets sold through Front Gate Ticketing Solutions Canada and its affiliates
Raffle tickets are non-refundable. final Sale
Raffle players are not required to be present at the time of the draw.
Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:
- 250 Tickets for $100
- 75 Tickets for $50
- 20 Tickets for $20
- 5 Tickets for $10
Tickets purchased will not be re-entered for future draws.
Tickets will be available online and onsite.
Ticket sales will end at 9:00PM September 20th, 2026.
Grand Draw Prize: 50/50 Jackpot Winner receives 50% of net sales.
The remainder of 50% Jackpot will be put towards Cityfolk Festival Charity program “Cityfolk Artist in Residence Program” showcasing local talent.
Cityfolk Festival’s 50/50 E-raffle’s computerized system, provided by Rafflebox Technologies Inc, will draw the winning ticket after the closing of raffle sales on September 20, 2026, at 9:30 pm.
The winning numbers will be displayed on site and listed on our website and Facebook page.
All ticket purchasers are responsible for holding onto their tickets. No reprinting of lost or stolen tickets.
Winners can claim their prize at 450 Churchill Ave. N, Ottawa Ontario K1Z (Date and Time will be arranged with winner).
The 50/50 winner is highly encouraged to call the office at 613-247-1188 ext. 227 or email at lal-bakri@ottawabluesfest.ca to arrange a time and date to come to the office.
The winner will need to provide the original ticket (no photocopy or picture copy will be accepted, unless purchased online) and personal photo ID to authenticate their identity and age.
Cityfolk Festival is not responsible for providing financial or tax advice.
For groups purchasing a single ticket, group winners must select one individual to handle the payment process. Additionally, Cityfolk Festival shall not be responsible for determining any individual’s entitlement to all or part of a prize won on a ticket purchased by or issued to a group.
50/50 Jackpot prize will be awarded in the form of a certified cheque from our raffle trust account. No cash.
To ensure the integrity of the Cityfolk Festival’s Charity Raffle, no staff directly involved in “raffle operation” decision-making authority (and the family members of those listed) will be permitted to purchase 50/50 raffle tickets (Prohibited players). Any tickets purchased by prohibited players will be voided, and no refund(s) will be issued.
Unclaimed 50/50 prize will be held for six months until March 20, 2027, at which time the unclaimed proceeds will be donated to a registered charity approved by AGCO.
