Accessibility

CityFolk provides various services to help make our event more accessible to everyone.

The festival is an accessible event. Paid underground handicap parking and Para Transpo drop-off is available at Lansdowne. Accessibility drop-off location is along Exhibition Way, near the South-West corner of Aberdeen Pavilion. The terrain is largely flat and there are paved pathways.

Patrons with a disability who require an attendant can bring one attendant to the festival at no extra cost. Please see a gates attendant when you arrive.

VIP Zone reserved seating is not wheelchair friendly. Please let us know if you are looking to purchase reserved seating with wheelchair access. There is a separate accessibility platform at the TD Stage for patrons in a wheelchair and one attendant to use if needed.

Accessible washrooms are provided on site.

We also have a Volunteer Accessibility Crew whose function is providing information as well as other supports, such as guiding visitors to certain locations. Find them by the Info Booth.

Note: The festival does not provide wheelchairs for patron use at the festival. Patrons must bring their own if needed. Patrons requiring an attendant will receive accreditation for said attendant with proof of their ticket purchase at the event.
